This facility is run by Cone Health. This is where Guilford County residents can go to get walk- in crisis care 24/7, regardless of insurance status. Once stabilized, those with insurance will be referred out to other Cone Health services for follow-up care. Call: 1-336-890-2700 for crisis services.

The walk-in outpatient medication management times are Mondays/Wednesdays 1-3pm and Tuesdays/Thursdays 9-11am but will likely be changing soon.
Outpatient therapy is provided on Fridays 1-4pm.
